Summer Sunday Dinner

This Cooking Class focused on a light, healthy meal that is perfect for a hot Summer evening. We started the evening with a Caprese Salad (Tomatoes, Mozzarella, Basil). Our entrée was a white fish Papillote with summer vegetables. We finished the evening with fresh fruit and chocolate mousse.


For this Cooking Class we created a seven course tapas menu which consisted of Melon Balls with Serrano Ham, Paprika Garlic Shrimp, Watermelon & Tomato Salad, Garlic Mushrooms, Chorizo Empanadas, Spinach Tortilla. We finished the evening with Torrijas (Spanish style 'French' toast).

Jamaican Time!

For this Cooking Class we began the evening with Cod Fritters (Stamp & Go) and a Ginger Chutney. Our entrée was Jerk Chicken with Jamaican Coleslaw along with Rice & Peas (Jamaican Coat of Arms). Our dessert was Fried Plantains with a butter Rum Sauce.
